Supply and delivery time:

Our quotations are in terms of price, delivery option and delivery obligation. Dank unserem neuen, grossen Lager können wir in der Regel aber sofort liefern! Thanks to our new, large warehouse, we can usually deliver immediately!

Liability

Any liability by the Company for Internet Services, Trade and Services Ltd., in particular by improper installation or handling or misuse of the product is excluded.

Warranty

We guarantee Faithful article to be delivered. Bei einem Herstellungsfehler werden wir Ihnen bei einer berechtigten Beanstandung innert 5 Tagen selbstverständlich sofort Ersatz leisten und den defekten Artikel umtauschen. In a manufacturing error, we will provide you with a legitimate complaint within 5 days of course, and immediately replace the defective article prices.

Payment

For legal reasons and for security we can offer you the following payment options:

- Delivery with invoice, payable within 10 days only regulars.
- Cash on delivery, COD fee at your expense.
- Delivery in advance
(Bank, Onlinbanking (Electronic), VISA, Moneybookers or Paypal)

Delivery for the account to sfr. 200.--, grössere Beträge gegen Vorauskasse oder Nachnahme. 200th - larger amounts of cash in advance or on delivery.

Jurisdiction and performance

Jurisdiction and performance is St.Gallen. Alle Verpflichtungen aus dem Vertragsverhältnis unterstehen schweizerischem Recht. All obligations under the contract are subject to Swiss law.
